What is L-Glutamine?
The semi-essential amino acid L-glutamic acid is mainly found in the blood and muscles. In blood plasma glutamic acid has a buffer function, because together with L-alanine glutamic acid is responsible for the disposal of ammonia, which is produced in the protein metabolism. Ammonia is broken down via the liver and kidneys, which is why these two organs are the largest consumers of glutamic acid.
In addition, sufficiently glutamic acid is needed by the brain for the production of neurotransmitter substances and by the intestine for the permanent digestive and transport processes.
100% Pure L-Glutamic Acid from Body Attack is very soluble due to its microfine characteristics and fits into a protein nutrition of athletes. The powder is suitable for enriching meals and drinks.
Mix 5 g (1 measuring spoon) into any meal or drink and preferably consume before and after training. On days without training, first thing in the morning and again before bed at night.
