In addition to the rights arising from the right to submit a complaint, the buyer also has all other rights provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee, which is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between a consumer and a business that the parties have been unable to settle through negotiation, provided the value of the disputed goods or services is 20 euros or more.
Reviewing complaints in the committee is free of charge for both parties.
Right of Return
Products purchased from the Workout Shop online store may be returned within 14 days without providing any reason.
To return a product, a receipt or invoice (included with the purchase or sent to your email) is required.
The buyer must submit a written statement addressed to VesnaEST OÜ and then return the ordered goods to the seller.
We will refund the amount for the returned product to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product is received by the seller.
Return-related costs are covered by the customer (except in cases where the product is found to be defective).
In the case of a return, VesnaEST OÜ will refund the amount paid for the product (excluding postage and any costs related to the return).
The returned product must be completely unused and in its original packaging.
If, after the return, it is determined that the product was used, lacks its original packaging, or is unfit for resale due to the buyer’s fault, VesnaEST OÜ is not obligated to issue a refund.
