How to prepare: Mix 1 portion (35 g – 3 scoops) with 100–200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Recommended use:
Workout days: take 1–3 servings per day (in the morning, post-workout, before sleep).
Non-workout days: take 1–3 servings daily.
