DESCRIPTION
SLEEP-ER NIGHT FORMULA is a complex dietary supplement containing melatonin, D-aspartic acid (DAA), GABA, extracts of valerian and lemon balm, amino acids, and minerals. It includes magnesium, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6, which contributes to hormonal regulation and proper nervous system function. The zinc content helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. SLEEP-ER is recommended for highly active athletes and those experiencing intense physical or mental fatigue who do not achieve full recovery through sleep.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Dissolve one serving — 9 g (1.5 scoops) in 150 ml of water. Take once daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
