DESCRIPTION
MARATHON is a multi-ingredient supplement that supports endurance. It contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. It also contains magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which contribute to normal muscle function. Additionally, it includes taurine, L-carnitine, and a B vitamin complex — B6, B12, niacin, and riboflavin — that help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Recommended for endurance athletes.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Dissolve one serving — 25 g (4 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably before and during or after a workout.
