DESCRIPTION
ASHWAGANDHA 800 contains an extract of Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), which has adaptogenic properties, helps restore vital energy, and supports mental and physical well-being. Recommended for athletes undergoing intense training and exposed to stressful conditions.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Take one capsule with 250 ml of water. Take once daily, preferably with a meal.

Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) [1.5 % withanolides] (85.1 %); capsule shell (gelatine; colours – iron oxides and hydroxides, patent blue V); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.
