Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble steroid vitamin whose absorption depends on dietary fats. It is obtained from foods like oily sea fish and synthesized in the skin via sun exposure; in the body, it is stored in adipose tissue and the liver.

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone‑7) is a fat-soluble vitamin mainly stored in the liver, produced by gut bacteria, and obtained through diet. The MK‑7 form offers optimal bioavailability, and in combination with vitamin D3, it enhances overall effectiveness.

Calcium is a macronutrient (Ca), with 99% of the body’s calcium found in teeth and bones, and also present in body fluids.
