DESCRIPTION
OstroVit Omega 3 D3 + K2 is a source of essential omega-3 fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins D3, K2, and E.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil, including 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA.
It also delivers 2000 IU of vitamin D3, 50 µg of vitamin K2, and 12 mg of vitamin E.
The product is available in softgel capsules for easy swallowing.
A single package provides 90 servings, enough for 3 months of daily supplementation.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that must be obtained from diet. Their main sources are fatty sea fish and seafood.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a steroidal, fat-soluble compound found in fatty fish and synthesized in the skin. It is stored in body fat and the liver.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is also fat-soluble, produced by gut bacteria and found in various foods. It is primarily stored in the liver.
Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) is stored in body fat and adrenal glands. Sources include vegetable oils, hazelnuts, and cereal germ.
