Doing combat sports or other kind of contact sports, it is necessary to remember about protection. Every professional fighter and amateur must equip himself/herself with a few basic guards. A gum shield is one of the most important things.

A gum shield is the primary protection in various contact sports. Its task is to secure teeth against breaking, knocking out or chipping; prevent the upper jaw from contacting the lower jaw, and to avoid tongue biting when getting punched.

Tips on use:

• It is advisable to wear gum shields systematically, both during competitions and training.
• In order to mold the jaw properly, before the first use, please immerse the guard in the boiling water for a few seconds and then mold it through a tooth print.
• A properly molded mouth guard should adhere to the upper jaw when you open the mouth.
• Wash with pure water; in case of any signs of wear, buy a new one.
