OSTROVIT D.A.A. – A TASTY AND EFFECTIVE SUPPLEMENT
D-aspartic acid (D.A.A.) is an organic compound from the group of endogenous amino acids. In the human body, it is mainly synthesized in the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. It is an enantiomer of L-aspartic acid, differing in spatial structure and biological activity. It is found primarily in animal-derived foods (poultry, fish, oysters), but also in asparagus, avocado, and oats.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Mix 3 g (1 flat scoop) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. Take once daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.
