Creatine Monohydrate Creapure® is a dietary supplement with creatine, providing the body with 3500 mg of creatine monohydrate per serving.

Creatine is a chemical compound naturally occurring in the human body. Creatine is also supplied to the body with daily food intake, including meat, fish and eggs, as well as dietary supplements.

OstroVit uses creatine monohydrate, which is a combination of a creatine molecule and a water molecule. Since creatine is a hydrophilic compound, it combines easily with water and is characterized by excellent absorption.

Creatine monohydrate is the simplest form of creatine in terms of structure and at the same time the most popular form among athletes. It is suitable for both beginners and professionals.

Creatine increases physical performance during successive short-term high-intensity physical exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of creatine.

Suggested usage

Mix 4.2 g (3/4 scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or juice.

On training days consume one serving daily after waking up or after training.
