Collagen is one of the main structural proteins of the body, a natural polymer, and an important component of the extracellular matrix of animal organisms. It is a structural protein that accounts for about 30% of all proteins in the human body. It can be found, among others, in connective tissue, blood vessels, muscles, skin, and hair.
As the level of collagen in the body decreases with age due to natural aging processes, it is worth supplying it externally – collagen occurs in animal bones and tendons and is also available in the form of dietary supplements.
The beef collagen used in the OstroVit preparation is characterized by very good bioavailability, which makes it easily absorbed in the human digestive system. Additionally, beef collagen does not have the characteristic odor that sometimes occurs in supplements based on fish collagen.

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential organic chemical compound classified as a water-soluble vitamin. As an exogenous substance, it cannot be synthesized by the body and must therefore be supplied from the outside – it is found in fresh fruits and vegetables, such as peppers, kohlrabi, oranges, or blackcurrants, as well as in dietary supplements.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Dissolve a single serving of the product – 10 g (2 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or juice using a shaker. Take 1 serving daily. The product is intended for adults.
