Chromium is naturally present in food – found in whole grain products, yeast, eggs, and vegetables like broccoli, peas, and tomatoes. In the human body, chromium is stored mainly in the kidneys, spleen, and testes, as well as in soft tissues, bones, and blood, where it binds to proteins, primarily transferrin.
In its inorganic form, chromium is absorbed by the human body in only 1%, while in organic forms, its bioavailability is much higher.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
