500 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an organic compound from the group of non-protein amino acids. It is a neurotransmitter synthesized from glutamate in the body. GABA occurs primarily in the hypothalamus and extrapyramidal system. The compound can also be found in foods such as:
green tea, fermented products, soybeans and dairy products.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a water-soluble B vitamin found mainly in whole grain products, organ meats and legumes.

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced in the pineal gland. It is a derivative of tryptophan. Melatonin synthesis increases in darkness, while light inhibits its production. Natural melatonin production begins after sunset and reaches its peak during the night, between approximately 2 and 4 a.m.

Melatonin also helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep when 1 mg is consumed shortly before bedtime.

Suggested usage

Dissolve 10 g of the product (1.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water.

Consume 30 minutes before bedtime.
