OstroVit ADEK is a source of fat-soluble vitamins.
Vitamin A is a carotene derivative belonging to the group of carotenoids. It is a component classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, which is accumulated in the human body in the liver and adipose tissue. Naturally found in food, the ingredient can be found in products such as offal, milk and dairy products, vegetables (e.g. carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin) and fruit (e.g. peaches).

Vitamin D is a steroid, organic chemical compound, classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, whose bioavailability, like other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food – it occurs mainly in fatty sea fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. On sunny days, skin synthesis of the compound is also possible.

Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins. It is a compound which, in the human body, is stored primarily in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands. Dietary sources of vitamin E include vegetable oils, such as olive oil and sunflower oil, as well as nuts and cereal seed germs.

Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble chemical compounds. OstroVit dietary supplement uses menaquinone, i.e. vitamin K2, which is produced by intestinal bacteria and can also be delivered to the body along with the daily diet – the compound is found in products such as spinach, lettuce, cauliflower or cereal products and is also available in the form of supplements.

INGREDIENTS
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide.

Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, and fish.
