Method of Use

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule at a time, three times a day. Best taken with or after a meal.

  • Capsule shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water)
  • D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E)
  • Retinyl palmitate (vitamin A)
