DESCRIPTION

Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing a complex of 8 B vitamins, enriched with choline (VitaCholine®) and inositol, also known as vitamin B8.

Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function, nervous system function, and energy‑yielding metabolism.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to normal immune system function.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin and pantothenic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Folate, B6, B12 and choline contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

METHOD OF USE

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule in the morning.
