DESCRIPTION
Lecithin is a dietary supplement often referred to as the “brain vitamin” because it supports memory and nervous system function. Lecithin helps deliver oxygen to cells, improving nerve impulse transmission. It is believed to support memory retention and cognitive health. Structurally similar to fats, lecithin is involved in cell membrane formation, particularly in the liver, kidneys, and brain. Its key components — choline and inositol — are essential for optimal brain performance. Although the body can synthesize lecithin, this ability declines with mental stress, aging, and dietary deficiencies.
