FLEX XTRA is a comprehensive formula designed for physically active individuals whose joints and tendons are exposed to frequent training stress or recovering from injuries.
It provides high-quality type I hydrolysed collagen peptides, the main structural element of cartilage and tendons, along with glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and Boswellia serrata extract to support joint flexibility.

The formula also contains:

• Vitamin C — supports collagen production for the normal function of cartilage

• Vitamin D — helps with calcium and phosphorus metabolism and supports bone health

• Hyaluronic acid — a natural component of synovial fluid
