7Nutrition VITARGO® ELECTROLYTES is a food supplement based on a patented complex carbohydrate formula Vitargo®, derived from starch. Designed for use before and during intense training or competition, especially in endurance sports.
Vitargo® increases muscle glycogen and hydration, offering a fast and sustained energy boost. Its high molecular weight and low osmolality allow for fast digestion and absorption.

INGREDIENTS
Vitargo® (starch), potassium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid, sweetener: sucralose

RECOMMENDED USE
Dissolve 1 serving (73 g = 2 scoops) in 200–250 ml of water. Then top up with water to approx. 400 ml.
Consume the prepared drink within 8 hours.
Do not boil.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suggested daily intake: 1 serving, depending on the intensity and duration of training. Consume before or during exercise.
