BOOGIE CREATINE TROPICAL is a dietary supplement with sweetener, containing creatine which helps enhance physical performance during short, high-intensity, repeated exercise.
A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended daily serving: 3.9 g

HOW TO USE
Mix one serving – 3.9 g (¾ scoop) – with 150 ml of water. Take 1 serving per day.

On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before or immediately after workout.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
