L-carnitine is an organic chemical compound classified as a vitamin-like substance, synthesized from amino acids such as methionine and lysine. It naturally occurs in the human body, and its sources include animal products such as meat, fish, milk, or dairy.

L-tyrosine – an endogenous amino acid formed in the human body from another amino acid, phenylalanine. Tyrosine can also be obtained from high-protein foods such as meat, fish, or legumes.
