Sized for use on a deadlift bar, the double-loop design allows athletes to focus on their pull and heavier loads, without worrying as much about grip.

POWER SYSTEM FIGURE 8 Heavy Duty Lifting Straps are worn by putting the wrist through one loop, swinging the other loop under the barbell, and then inserting the wrist through the second loop. This secures the bar in place, reducing stress on the grip and wrists. Both the bar and strap must be firmly held before performing a lift.
